Prices
We reserve the right to occasionally change the prices and withhold special offers without notice.

Orders
We accept Paypal as well as all major credit card payments via a secure payment gateway.
Please ensure you select the appropriate postage option in order to avoid delays with processing orders.

Cancellations and returns
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please note during office hours (9-6) we cannot accept cancellations emailed after 2 hours of purchase as the t-shirts are printed and despatched accordingly.
Should you wish to return an item once delivered, please send it back to us in a resalable condition (unworn and unwashed) within 30 days of the despatch date. Please ensure the goods are sent via recorded or special delivery so that you receive compensation in case the package is lost. Gumiguru cannot be held responsible for deliveries of returned items as the process is out of our control.
Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund via the same method as original payment.

Faulty garments
If your item is faulty, please send it back to us. We will replace the faulty item or issue a refund. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Deliveries
All orders are despatched within 2 working days after an order has been placed. We despatch goods vial Royal Mail. Once the package is despatched, we have no control over the delivery process for which therefore we cannot be held responsible.
Occasionally there may be delays with shipment as a result of accidents, disruptions or customer’s address. We will not be reliable for consequential loss which may result from those circumstances. Please inspect your package upon delivery as we cannot accept liability for damaged or missing items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company.
